Washington-eko Euskal Etxea

Korrika eguna eta egitaraua

On April 9, We will convene at 3:30 pm at the Gernikako Arbola in First St & East Capitol St NE (behind the Capitol). We will then walk/run to the Washington Monument on the side of Jefferson Drive. We will pass via the American Indian Museum as a tribute to the original inhabitants of this land.
Korrika is a fundraising activity in support of the Euskara language. People who participate purchase a pinnie with the Korrika logo. We will have pinnies available at $5 each. You can purchase them at the start the event. All proceeds go to the Korrika organizers in the Basque Country.
After the Korrika, at 5 pm, we will go to Elephant & Castle on Pennsylvania Av. for a happy hour. We have a reserved area under the name of Washington DC Basque Club. Children are admitted.
So far, we have about 40 people confirmed. It would be great if those of you who have not yet confirmed but plan to join, send an email to Helbide elektroniko hau spam roboten kontra babestuta dago. JavaScript aktibatuta eduki behar duzu hau ikusteko..
